A series of sensors and detectors (for floods, smoke, gas and CO2 emissions) safeguard the building’s condition, allowing us to promptly address any incident and avoid any serious occurrences.
If a flood is detected, the general solenoid valve is cut and you’ll receive an immediate notification.
If excessive smoke is detected in the kitchen, both the oven and hob supplies are cut.
If an excess of C02 is detected in the garage or a living room with a fireplace, an alarm will go off to avoid a potentially tragic outcome.
Increasing the safety of persons and property in the building:
We use movement and presence sensors, infrared perimeter lasers, sensors which detect open windows, doors, broken glass etc. to achieve full surveillance over the intrusion of any person into the building. In this way we can react by switching on lights, closing shutters, blocking any access, warning third parties, playing pre-recorded voice messages, activating exterior sirens, etc.
Simulated presence in the home:
During any extended period away from home, the system will simulate activity in such a way that any persons spying on the building for signs of when best to break in will think that it is always inhabited. To achieve this effect, the system randomly generates actions such as the raising and lowering of window blinds, lights, music etc., which will dissuade anyone from breaking in.
You can control who comes in and goes out of your estate. From outside you can activate the entrance of a friend or family member and you’ll be able to see exactly what they do inside thanks to a video surveillance network. You’ll know exactly what’s going on as if you were there yourself.
If temperatures hit extreme levels, the system will react by preventing damage to your appliances and you will receive notice. Detect when fuel levels are low thanks to signals or notifications on your mobile devices when you’re out. In this way you’ll never come home to a central heating appliance which is low on gas. When the weather forecast detects strong gusts of wind, the awnings are rolled up automatically; if it detects rainfall the blinds are shut and irrigation is deactivated, and so on…
